Do I need travel insurance?

Full travel insurance is required on all holidays, and we would strongly recommend you to get your in place as soon as possible once you have made a reservation. This will ensure you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances that might arise before you depart on your holiday.

Will I need any vaccinations?

On rare occasion and depending on your cruise itinerary, certain vaccinations will be required. The cruise line will not allow boarding of any passengers who have not adhered to the vaccination requirements unless they have a valid, signed letter from a doctor to state that they can travel without the vaccination due to medical reasons. Can I take medication with me on holiday?

If you need to take medication with you on your holiday you will also need to take a copy of your prescription or a letter from your GP confirming the dosage. Please also advise us at the time of booking, or contact our Customer Services team as soon as you can so we can make any necessary arrangements for you.

Can I travel if I'm pregnant?

Most cruise lines will accept pregnant passengers travelling before the 24th week of pregnancy. Please advise the sales agent at the time of booking if any member of your party is at any stage of pregnancy.

What if I require mobility assistance on my holiday?

If you require any additional assistance whilst on holiday, please advise your reservation agent at the time of booking. If you have not done this, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements for you. If you need to travel with a wheelchair, we will need to know whether the battery is a dry or wet cell, whether its collapsible or not, the weight, and the dimensions.
